Why does my Cashback status say “declined”?

Received an email giving you this bad news? We are sorry but your Cashback did not follow the conditions and the status is declined. 

Your Cashback may have been declined due to the following reasons: 

  • a return or exchange of your whole, or part of, your order 
  • non payment of your order 
  • use of a promo code not provided by Widilo 
  • use of a gift card or gift certificate 
  • simultaneously navigating other sites whilst placing your order (promo code websites, other cashback websites, etc…)
  • use of the retailer’s sponsorship system 

If you believe to have followed these restrictions and disagree with the “declined” status, please contact our Customer Service by filling in this form.
