The validation delay for your Cashback corresponds with the time necessary for the retailer to verify and check the conditions of your order.
We have no control over the validation delay of your order. Please know that we do not receive a commision until it has been verified by the retailer. So neither will you. You will receive an validation email once your Cashback has been confirmed by the retailer.
In our experience, the validation process takes on average 30 days. This may vary from 30 days to 90 days, depending on the retailer. In certain cases (trips, vacations, getaways etc…) this delay may take up to 90 days after you have made the reservation.
