You cannot activate your email address and you have received an error message asking you to contact our Customer Service?
This problem can occur when the link in the bonus activation email has expired. Indeed, after a while, if this link has not been used, it will simply expire.
If this occurs, you can send a new activation email from your personal account.
Please Note: You must use the last link sent and not the previous one. In some mailboxes such as Gmail, emails are grouped and this can be misleading. Please pay attention to the time of reception of your email and click on the last email.
If an error message appears, but you see an icon at the top right with your first name, your earnings and WIP points, then you are connected and your email address has been validated. Your welcome bonus has been credited in the form of points (50 points), which you can now redeem in the WIP shop.
