Have you just made a purchase in the WIP store and it has been refused?
There may be several reasons for this refusal:
- The number of points required to obtain the product is not sufficient.
- You have collected points following suspicious purchases.
- You have violated the General Conditions of Use.
If you think that the above does not apply, you can send a request to our Customer Service along with supporting documents of the purchases corresponding to the allocation of your points.
